I’m having an issue retreiving a voicemail. I usually use youmail but today a notification came across my phone that I had a voicemail and it didn’t register on youmail. When I dial *86 a message comes across like I am dialing from an outside phone and tells me to leave a message. I can’t clear the notification or listen to the message. Tried a battery pull and it still doesn’t work. Any ideas?

Just started this morning, can’t see my emails from the Gmail app but I can open the browser and view, what’s up with day? I also turned of and turned back on, still a no go.

so this just started happening

i put the new bd8.0 on my sd card….unmounted..and went to reboot…now whenever i reboot my droid i see a message flash saying that my sd card is ready to be removed…when accessing my sd card in recovery it is not there..the only way to get it to show is to pull the battery instead of performing a normal reboot…any ideas?

This is B.S! Everything was fine with my texting. I was NOWHERE near any stupid limit. the phones less than a week old and I’m using just the stock texting program. One day I noticed I had more threads than I wanted to I deleted all instead of just deleting one thread. Now when new texts come in I dont get ANY alert at all and I have to go in my messaginh app and look and then I see a few contacts who have sent me texts and I see the first few words, but when I open them it will just show me the last ones sent and the incoming one is automatically deleted. I HATE IT. I cant find any evidence of this happening to anyone else. I have taken the battery out a few times already and it hasnt helped.. PLEASE someone tell me this happened to them and how they fixed it.> Thanks.
I dont know where everyone else lives but when I lived in NY and here in Hawaii the verizon store is worse than the damned DMV so I really dont want to have to go in there.

I have a Moto Droid :motdroidhoriz:. Just installed the new Google Maps. Now the GPS is screwed up. Physically in NJ but it thinks I’m in CT. Don’t want to blame the update but its the only thing new on the phone.

On the phone with VZW now. But has anyone else seen this?

UPDATE: After working thru all of their suggestions and them contacting Motorola, they made me do a factory reset. No happy about that. Lost everything!!!

does anybody know of any way to access bookmarked pages without having to add them to a folder or as a link on your homescreen? it seems like there should be an area that you can do this.
also, does anybody know if motorola or droid are going to add an sms audio option to messaging so you dont have to use an app like handcent?

I’m using a wallpaper I got from the Backgrounds app. My problem is that I never chose Save, only Set as Wallpaper. I can’t find the pic in my Gallery or under Wallpapers. I now want to change my wallpaper but I don’t want to lose this wallpaper as I really like it. Plus, I already can’t find it on the Backgrounds app anymore so I’m hoping there’s some way I can copy it via Astro from where it’s currently stored.

Any ideas?

Ok I’m using the default browser an I long press the screen an when I first started doing this it brought up the more menu with out me having to hit the menu button an then hitting the more button now all of a sudden that stop working. I was wondering if there was a way to get that feature back because since I have a droid I keep on getting texts for facts or answers to questions lol.

Posting for my mom.. ok she took the jump into the Droid world and well she driving me FRIGGIN bonkers LoL…

VZ store sold her a LG bluetooth 39.99. Well 80% of the time when she answers a call by pushing the button on the bluetooth she gets nothing but static..

First thing I said to her was Return it LoL… Just seeing if anybody else had this issue.
