So I’m trying to download some pictures to my phone from the browser, and I keep getting a "download unsuccessful" message. I have a 3G internet connection, and this has worked before. What gives?
Cannot find places in Gmail (on the Droid A855) to get to things like outbox, archive, etc. All these are available on my desktop; just not on my ’smart phone’. Pressing the menu symbol on the phone does not get me there. Just enables me to get to refresh, compose, accounts view labels and settings.
Very frustrating since I ma sure that there is a very easy and apparent way to get to those functions.
I’ve sent this question to Evernote support but since I don’t have a Premium account it goes to the bottom of the list so I thought I’d direct it to all of you who are using Evernote on your Droids.
I have put some web pages and other things into the PC 3.5 version of Evernote. When it syncs the images contained in the note show in the thumbnails but not in the note itself on the Droid. Everything works fine on the PC and on my iPod touch.
Evernote says it should work on the Droid also but I have not been able to see the images. they suggested I sign out of Evernote on the Droid and sign back in. When I did that the images showed in the thumbs but still not in the note (previously they did not show in the thumbs either). I’ve rebooted my Droid but still No Joy.
Is anyone else using Evernote on their Droid having this same issue? I’m trying to narrow the problem.
Has anyone had issues getting their wallpaper to be sized correctly? For example, I have a specific image that has a 800×1200 resolution. It fills the screen in portrait perfectly when viewing in the gallery. However, when I try to set it as my wallpaper, it has me crop the picture and the largest it allows me to select is the top half. What gives? I want it to look on my wallpaper the same way I see it in my gallery.
I am using Home++ with 4 screens if it makes any difference. Turning on/off wallpaper scroll doesn’t make any difference. Do I need to resize the picture?
Very often when tapping straight down on the Motorola Droid screen, the content will scroll downward extremely fast. This is not an isolated incident as I and other are able to reproduce this on other Droids. In this video I demonstrate this many times. Please Google or Motorola provide a fix via an update , patch or system setting that will allow us to set the distance that the finger must travel on the screen before the Droid detects a scroll as opposed to a single tap. Just so you know the document/page I was demoing this on was a simple html file I copied to the microsd card then opened with the HTML viewer. I did this so I wouldn’t accidentally click a web page link while showing the problem. This issue is not restricted to just browsing the web, but in any application that displays enough content on screen to require scroll bars to be displayed.
Good afternoon. I’m hoping that someone can help me here.
I deleted a program called Battery Life when I got a new battery, hoping to avoid problems. It seemed to have issues during the uninstall, but eventually I was able to remove it from my phone.
Now though, I want to download the program again, and I can’t seem to do it. When I go to the program on the Market, there are two options that are grayed out (uninstall and open). It appears that for some reason, the market/phone is not reading it as uninstalled, even though I can’t seem to find traces of it on my Droid. I would really like to have this program back. I’ve emailed the company and Google, but neither have responded.
Any idea of what I can do to get the program back?
1. Bugless beast is amazing. It runs at. A blazing 950 mhz. Its just fantastic. I highly recommend it!
2. Download juicedefender. It disables the 3g to your liking when your screen is off and immediatly comes on when the screen is relit. Download!! Saves mad battery!
